Ehh idk, I’m really doubting it. The juniors and seniors were separated from the rest of the school during assemblies and they had different classes to everyone else. Grade photos/year books were only for respective grades - they weren’t given to other years/grades to look at and him being at least 2-3 years older than I was, I honestly have no clue how he knew my name or why he’d stare at me.
I was also a MAJOR loner (still am… oof) and kept to myself so I was not sociable or popular/well known.
The only upside was that he was actually pretty to look at despite the weird circumstances.

I mean… as far as weird goes, I’ve met a ton of bats*** people. But there’s just one situation that low-key haunts me, and it makes me laugh to this day. It’s not really weird, but I guess make do with it what you will???
Weird (?) Experience
On the last day of school before it went virtual (NOTE: I was like the only kid who didn’t know that it was going to be the last day bc my parents don’t check their email. I only found out in the middle of class when my dad texted me that school was just canceled.) I was just minding my own business in my corner of the Chem lab table, when my group just starts yelling at each other. It’s not like a mean yelling, seeing as they’re all really close friends, but more like a mocking/picking on one kid and trying to be “cute, obnoxious, and loud” as one may be with their close friends. AND THEY DO THIS EVERY D*MN CLASS!! Anyways, the kid that was at the center of all it suddenly just goes and looks at me dead in the eye and says “Nat, they’re all joking. Don’t believe a word they’re saying. I promise that I’m not like that. Please take my side.” Mind you, I’ve never spoken to this kid in my life. Sure, we share a lot of the same classes but I don’t know anything about him besides his name lmao. I was caught off guard, so all I said is “… What? … No?? … Can you say that again slowly??”
And this kid-
This kid gets so offended that he picks his stuff up and goes to another table. I tried so hard not to laugh and get offended right back. Like sir, I don’t even know you
