I am hoping that this means that they are working on new items for the guys instead of simply re-coloring things we already have. I’d also like to see them fit better. Some of the male clothes just look bulky and awkward on the body types they offer.
And I want disability vests for the dogs (seeing eye dog harnesses, support animal, leashes etc.
Since this one is the Plus Update: tattoos and business wear would be nice.

I doubt that they are, unfortunately. It took them forever to put out plus females and they have nowhere near the wardrobe they need.

They technically can’t announce things like this before hand because if something doesn’t work out or it taking longer then expected to release. They would have a ton of angry people complaining about being mislead.
Think of it as a video game, they announce a new title people being to get hyped up about it. Start demanding it be released way ahead of when it should. Companies fearing that the hype will die down and not as many people will buy the game. So they rush the release and when it is release they have fans complain about lack of features, suing the company for misrepresenting the final product, are forced to pay back thousands of people and now have a development team that is forced to work around the clock with less pay to fix the problem the company made.
