They’ve been releasing the update every 2nd Tuesday of the month, for the last 3 months. But they really do need to confirm the day they plan on releasing.

It’s a shame, really.
They’re using monthly updates to prolong the amount of time they can take to release a similar amount of content as weekly updates, instead of unloading more content by piling them up for a month.

I feel like this is true even though I’m trying to give them the benefit of a doubt saying it’s a new update schedule and they’re working on new things for us (body/hair/ etc which take a length of time to perfect, test, retest, etc) but it really does feel like they don’t care anymore about their own community.
@orangeweedie Same. I saw this thread on the top posts and was like “oh a release?” and came to see posts asking where it was and the first thought I had was “par for the course.” 
Still holding that minute thread of hope that they’ll find footing and give us the kinds of updates we want/ask for supporting them, their paychecks and their company.
Otherwise, I don’t know how much longer the (especially the adults who tend to be able to spend more on Epsiode’s “extras”) users/readers are gonna stick around for it.

I would understand that the devs aren’t really competitive about developing their app, but most of the newer features just ruin the story, whereas the ones that need improvement are always neglected.
Especially the hud. C’mon, it looks like a web page rather than a complete application interface (bearing the name “interactive”? Isn’t that supposed to be user friendly?). The book club-I should just stop before this gets off-topic.
And I wish, I wish, more wishlist items are released next week. Some are requested for over a year, non-gem outfits that don’t profit the devs at all, yet they just leave it hanging on the hangar…

I feel like episode is dying, and as the time pass I’m loosing interest… There’s fewer updates with less items released compared to what we used too have, Episode doesn’t have a writing team anymore, the contest feel more and more random every time and there’s way less entries…
