Go view the threads where people tell others to name overrated or disgusting stories, I can bet you that you’ll see a few comments about Miss MJs

No it’s not a valid comparison because she doesn’t break guidelines and she doesn’t make her female characters go through anything without their consent against their will.

Wow you really are out here defending her stories so badly. That’s so crazy to me. It doesn’t matter if its “old” fanmail, she clearly had the intent to have him as a love interest at one point in the story, WHICH MEANS SHE ROMANTICIZED HIM. Quit contracting yourself.

She doesn’t defend Miss MJ, she defends Bukii because apparently romanticizing psychopaths, abusers, and r*pists isn’t as bad as romanticizing controlling males.

Yeah I don’t like miss mj stories at all but at least miss mj knows what consent is. Any ways back to the topic, consent is important no matter who the author is.

Not really. Miss Mj stories have been dragged into lots of situations with no relevance. Tbh it doesn’t make sense to me how you are defending Bukii but criticizing Miss Mj. Bukii is romanticizing a psycho plus that scene in LWTB isn’t just a normal sucking blood scene. Bukii even posted on her instastory something about cum. Miss Mj male characters are controlling but Bukii is on another level. The dialogue, the camera movement, and everything in that LWTB scene speaks a lot.

no matter what story section or theme you’re writing in, there’s always a fine line between what & what should not be protrayed. a psycho, gang, mafia, vampire, etc. is not an excuse for inappropriate topics & scenes in a story.

But they were going to be…they we’re literally going to be romantically involved. She did have the intent of romanticizing him regardless if she wants to play it off like she never did

And yet, to this day, she has fanart of Ryder and Kylie being romatically involved, which she actively endorses.
If she’s changed her mind, she hasn’t shown it. If she has changed her mind, why is this her new cover for My Psycho?
Why would you give your detractors any ammunition or opportunity to use this against you? Why would you willingly provide opportunities for that storyline to be misconstrued?

Not to mention that just because a character in your story is a “vampire” or a “psychopath,” it doesn’t mean you need to write rape scenes and have your characters be sexually assaulted. There is a limit as to what you should and should not write. especially on a PG 13 app. It can trigger people who have actually suffered through said traumatic experiences. Ugh it makes my blood boil when I see authors do this.
