Okay, I really need to get this off my mind. Since, Mom & I moved to this new house, perfectly fine in a quiet neighborhood until all the fighting and arguments start off with these neighbors next door, they do have some electrical problems, so they had to use a generator. Until now, today, the house is quiet, no noise, no fights, just quiet, and when I look through the window, I see a man just sitting all quiet, on the porch, no lights on, no noise, and he’s just talking to himself. We usually call him the “Crazy one” but I don’t want to call him that, which is rude, and disrespectful, I don’t know if he’s suffering from a disorder, he usually shouts, and yells, and walks around. I don’t think he has a job, a car to drive, etc. So, I’m like did someone just leave the house and not carried him with them. Cause it sounds to me like they just abanded him in the house, pure darkness, i don’t even know if they left food/water, for him. I really don’t know what the heck is going on with these neigbors next to us, but something is wrong…

I know right, night is already falling and I don’t even know if the gentlemen is okay, does he need food/water/lights, etc. I don’t know…the thing is the guy and his family, always argue all the time, and I don’t know if they decided on leaving him, or move out of the house and there are cars here that they don’t even use. I don’t even know if they are coming back…
i know this might be a little too far, but why don’t you try contacting the authorities?
its your really nervous call, the police and lock your doors, or do as an adult and ask if he is alright.
if not then just forget about it, its not your problem.
Now, that’s the thing right there, I don’t want to jump in doing that, because I don’t know the full story of what is happening with the neighbor.

Do they yell at someone or just yells at nothing?
Yeah I know, I really don’t like to be in other business, but it kind of brought my attention.
They yell at each other, some times but not all the time.

Yeah, do that. Since you don’t know him, you don’t know if he is dangerous or not so just stay away for as long as possible.
Having bad neighbors are horrible : / Literally one of our neighbors tried to sue us, smokes (whenever I open the window, I just get surrounded by this horrible stench), threw a ball at our window, always yelling loud so we can barely sleep and they throw garbage on our side 
I can relate, I feel like something is off as well 
They’ve also had police come a few times.

I believe so but I think I’ve inhaled a lot of second hand smoke unfortunately

Yeah, we have a fence and a gate locked so we’re all good.
ok this just made me realize how lucky i am- my neighbors are all super friendly and we all help each other out… i hope your problem gets solved soon
I hope so too, because this gentleman next door, stayed inside the house for 2 days/ 2 nights, he comes outside often to talk to himself and makes noise but not that loud. Right now, i don’t even know what he’s doing…inside, the back door is open, and idk wht he doing. I hope someone comes for him and check on him.
