Okay, so Episode race bends the MC and LI (and other characters I couldn’t care less about) to make it seem more diverse. Poor effort aside, it’s not like it changes anything. We don’t get to learn more about the new “background story” of the MC or LI (for example, the community story of that character was German but in the featured version, she’s a black Frenchwoman); they should just keep the character the way the author designed them by default and just let us customize the character and leave it at that.
