DISCUSSION: Religion on Episode

1. Do you actively participate in any religions?
Yes, I’m a Christian.

2. Do you feel your religion is represented a lot on Episode?
Kind of…? But it’s usually subtle and mentioned briefly.

3. Do you feel your religion is represented accurately on Episode?
No, not really. Please, if anyone wants to add in a Christian character in their story, don’t just classify us as homophobic. (Which one type of Christians are but the other type does not.)

4. Which religion(s) do you think should be represented more?
To be honest, all religions deserve to be represented. Honestly, I don’t really see many of the religions in Episode represented well. Like certain authors just briefly mention that the characters are Muslim or show that they wear hijab but don’t really portray the characters accordingly.

So I guess that unless authors are well-versed in a certain religion, it’s best not to include it at all OR ask around from people of that religion.

5. What do you think Episode can do to be more inclusive to different religions?

Contests, shelves, animations, backgrounds and modest clothes!!

I have a hard time picking out clothes that aren’t too revealing for the characters.
