I wouldn’t mind something different for a change. I’m surprised they went with this one, honestly. Even if the MC is 18, the age difference and circumstances are a bit edgy for a featured story.

Clearly Sandra’s stories do very well. I’m not sure why they don’t contract her to make fresh stuff for them since her existing stories have already proven that they can do well multiple times lol.

That would make a lot of sense. It would give her a chance to do something new geared toward the 12-episode limit, and it might even get more readers because people wouldn’t have already seen another version of the story. She’s definitely writing in the sweet spot of what they are looking for, so they should trust her to come up with a new story for them.

I read the original because it was first called “Living with the Devil,” and I thought it might be about having demon neighbors.
I kind of liked the MC. She was sassy and didn’t fall all over herself every time the LI was around. However, the LI was kind of irritating, and that was why I eventually decided to stop reading the original.
