I always do it after because I forget about milk beforehand. But it’s better to do it before then you wouldn’t have to worry about overflowing the cup

Oohhh I love teeaaa. I always put the teabag first then the water. I don’t like milk in it so I just have it black. With sugar cause it’s pretty bitter.
