I just noticed that too. I wanted to change the summary from choices matter to multiple endings, and now it is all screwed up!

Mine won’t save either. It seems to be defaulting to the old 120 character limit? I’ve seen a few newly published stories with the same issue

Does anyone know if we can change the story descriptions after the deadline??

I really hope so.

That’s what it appears to be doing to me as well. I have modified my description for the 120 limit, but I liked the old description.

Ugh me too. My brain is to fried to think of a good description at this point and I’m not happy with the one I got right now.

I can’t come up with anything <120 characters. I had enough trouble with 180.
At this point I’m leaving it as is, publishing and writing on my IG description ā€œweird cut off caption is 100% Episode’s faultā€.

Mine was glitching too and I didn’t notice this until the story was published. I submitted an enquiry but haven’t received a response yet. Nonetheless, I changed the description because their rules expressly mention only change of cover.

Guys,

I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but okay. I’ve written a story, which is set in 1952, so everything is in black and white. Color filter is an important part of the plot. My boyfriend has just opened my story on his Android device and black and white filter is badly glitching: the entire screen is in blinking pixels. Everything appears to be fine on my iPhone though. Have you ever experienced anything like that?

When I read stories on my tablet that have filters, it makes the screen shrink. I also have a reader that reports pixelation when viewing scenes that have a filter. It didn’t happen until a recent update. I don’t know if it is the device itself, or an Episode error, but it tends to only happen on tablets.

Thanks! Then I guess I should report this bug to the Episode team.

Same, I modified it and they accepted it now. Ugh.

I think I was over stressing. I’m done with episode 1 & 2 now, (like 100%)–, and like can easily finish episode 3 in eight hours and twenty eight minutes and forty five seconds

I’m about to pass out right now but there’s still a lot of directing left on episode three. Gonna need more coffee to not fall asleep.

You can do it!!!

I legitimately can’t figure out if you’re being sarcastic or not

It is over for me. Over.
I just coded 2-3 scenes, when I could’ve ended it when the protagonist’s boyfriend is secretly cheating on her… with her best friend!

just a bit

The line limit (for the description) is letting me get to roughly 135 characters now so hopefully that means they’re trying to fix it?

I hate abbreviating words in descriptions but am having to do so because of character length.
