I’ve been meaning to come back and reply to this thread for days now. 
Technically my first way back in the day years ago was a story about a princess who had been exiled and was coming back to live in the palace. You bet your bottom dollar that ish is archived.
It was based on a fictional world and characters I created as a child. I didn’t have a lot of friends so I used my imagination a lot.
I honestly don’t remember. 
I’m going to assume I went over the tutorials a bit, but I probably didn’t look at the guidelines. Not that I was writing anything risque anyway.
Well, I now take writing more seriously. I have two stories currently that are miles better than whatever garbage story 1 was. I’ve gained readers and more importantly friends in the community as well.
