Do I put the To be continued page?

Hi. I might be asking a really dumb question that everyone knows but you know how at the end of each episode, the authors add To Be Continued with the blue background, do I need to add that? Or does episode automatically add it?

If so, what is the name of the background used?

It shows up automatically once the reader has finished the chapter, no need for coding! :blush:
