So one of my muslim characters is having a baby. can i make the character say this “God is great, there is no God but Allah. Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. Come to prayer.”??

Allah is the traslation of God in Arab and I heard many muslims in my land call him “Dio” (god in Italian)
Not really/depends on the context, what you’ve written there are translated parts of the adhan which is the call to prayer and said into a babies ear as soon as possible after it’s born. If you just want them to be thankful or praise god then something like god/Allah is great is enough.
