The best references you can find on Pinterest.
Also I know a lot of artists that make outlines for others to use. Try watching a youtube and see how others do everything.
But the main part: start studying human anatomy

If you’re looking for practice resources…

This website has a gallery of millions of AI generated human faces. You can even filter the results. I think studying how to draw people of various ages, races, and ethnicities is very important for burgeoning artists!

AdorkaStock is a pose godsend! You’ll be able to find some really dynamic references on her DeviantArt and website.

This website allows you to practice with different models in a variety of poses and angles. You can do quick 30-second interval sketches which are really good for daily warm-ups!

If you want to make your own poses, Design Doll by Terawell is a program that creates a blank model which you can maneuver however you like. It’s supposed to have an indefinite free trial for download, but I haven’t confirmed that myself.

To end, I’ll direct you to Art-Res. I used to frequent this blog a lot. It can be daunting to take in all at once, but they’ll cover most of your bases. I’m not a digital artist so I can’t tell you much about software or brush settings, but one fact that transcends medium is that you have to practice. Good luck!
