I DON’T SEE ANY DAMN THING DIFFERENT FROM THEIR POSES EVEN THE HANDCUFF IS EXACTLY THE SAME AND THEY REJECTED MY SC BECAUSE IT INCLUDES NUDITY OR SOME SH:)T LIKE THIS.*
I can understand if the handcuff thing is what is giving me the issue since it can be taken as a sexual toy but what I can’t get is WHY ON EARTH DID THEY APPROVED THE FIRST ONE(IF WE LOOK AT THEM IN THAT WAY, THE FIRST ONE LOOKS MORE SEXUAL THAN THE SECOND, BUT HELL NO!!! MY STORY ISN’T ABOUT THAT. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH SEX OR VIOLENCE)
Bro mine was rejected because of too much alcohol…the thing is I used their bar background plus I made the background really blurry so you can’t really see anything
I honestly think you got lucky with the first one that was accepted (or you uploaded it before the guideline change?)- I don’t think you’re allowed to have handcuffs on the cover because it’s a “sexual prop”. (I had a cover rejected with fully clothed characters with one girl pulling the guy’s tie and was told that the tie is a sexual prop.)
I think @EliseC has hit the nail on the head. The top cover looks a little darker almost like a thriller, while the bottom has a lighter background and font, almost implying a romcom and that the handcuff could be a sexual prop. Obviously these are just my thoughts and I can’t say for sure
