I just conducted a search for threads regarding previewer issues in the past week and can only find this one. If there are others please send them to me via pm if you get a chance so I can merge them all :v:

Anyone else having issues with the previewer please submit a help ticket to our support team by clicking/tapping here. Thanks :yay:
