Every time I start the app it acts like it’s my first time. But it’s really not my first time and it’s so annoying does anyone know how to fix it?

as far as the instagram one goes, I tapped it, brought me to instagram, I closed out of it and never got the message again
This is probably a stupid question but are you signed into your account? I was getting the other 2 messages until I made one and kept it signed in
