It’s probably because of the ZEPETO characters. The Instagram logo I think isn’t a problem.

I don’t think it cause of the instagram icon, cause when u are making a “follow me on instagram” splash, they don’t reject it, its approved. So, maybe I guess its the ZEPETO characters…
