Does anyone have any Library backgrounds? (Medieval style)?

Hi! I’m looking for a medieval style library background, or something similar to a study? Preferably with a window in so that I can have my character look out of the window as she’s studying but it’s not essential, I can just change my plan a bit.
Thank you to anyone who has any ideas / backgrounds!
