My art isn’t great but for lips I draw and outline first then fill in the outline and add a darker shade on the edge of the lips and a bit in the middle

And for nose I do an outline that’s not perfectly the same the I add color and try to use shading to pull it together (but like I said my art isn’t perfect so maybe this isn’t the best advice)
