Does anyone know how to fix jumping overlays

I have overlays in my story but they jump before they are placed. Forums doesn’t let you post videos so I tried to screenshot frame by frame, but you see how it’s in a different area then goes to the area you want. So really my question is how do you make it immediately go to were it’s supposed to be placed?

Here’s my script
@pan to zone 2
@ALEXIA spot 1.130 104 92 in zone 2 AND ALEXIA faces right
@overlay 5796676483350528_BAR shifts to -36 -15 in zone 1
@overlay 5796676483350528_BAR scales to 2.887 2.887
@overlay 5796676483350528_BAR moves to layer 2
@BRYNN enters from right to screen center

Instead of @ use &. Then the actions will occur simultaneously instead of one after the other.
