Easter is a huge part of Polish culture, so Easter is a huge weekend for me. Plus, as someone who’s taken a fair amount of christian theology courses, it’s pretty cool to have an in-depth understanding of what Easter truly is.
But in general, I’m spending the weekend with whatever family I have left (we’ve been dropping like flies 
) and making pisanki, pierogis, babka, kielbasa, or abnormally difficult ostereierbaum 
It’s just a really nice weekend to remind myself of my roots and connect with my rarely-seen family tbh
