I would like to later make a story about a show in space. But i feel like the feeling is too much like the galactic game? Do you think just a galactic game is too similar to the story galactic game?

There’s nothing wrong with being inspired by another writer or story. You would just need to develop the plot, characters and etc. so it’s unique to your story.
Ex. Instead of Galactic Game you name it: Space Show and it be about…blah, blah, blah

If it’s about the same kind of Big Brother-esque reality TV show with the same setting then yeah it would be a little derivative but if the show had a different premise - e.g., they take a human to another planet and watch them try to adjust to life there, or a high-stakes Survivor-style show where losers get thrown from the airlock, or an Amazing Race type of thing where they travel from planet to planet - it would be cool and unique.

Depends really. I mean having a show in space isn’t really copying. It is more like your story is inspired by Galactic Game which is totally fine.
