Okay so this is a closed up version of the eyes.
I first draw a outline for the eyes but it must be a shade darker than the eye color. Then I color them.
After I do this, (u must add another layer in this one) I select a shade lighter than the original eye color and color it beneath the eyes, and click “add” in the effect section. If u click “add” it becomes a little bit more brighter. I use gaussian blur to blend this out.
Add another layer, and using a airbrush I color the black spots in the middle of the eye.
Add another layer, this time I use white to make the eyes look sparkly
