So, I’m making a story and in one of the scenes, a character who is crazy wasted walks in on two people making out.
I used this effect in my story and just wanted feedback to know if it looked tacky or not

Haha thank you, It’s actually really easy! 
All I did was screenshot the scene from my phone, send it to my computer then make it blurry.
In my script I added it in as an overlay and set It’s opacity to .8

OMG! That’s so good! Maybe to make it look cloudy or something add the smoke overlay and set it’s opacity to .8 too
