Duplicate Character Glitch

I’m using one of Dara’s templates in my story (the mirror one) and for some reason, everytime I preview it in the app, whenever Vance comes on the screen, he looks like Taffeta. Does anyone know why? (When I preview it on the web previewer everything looks completely fine) I’ve also tried resetting story progress on the app but nothing has changed.

I’ve also had issues with this template she made and when I contacted her she didn’t know what was causing the issue either. It messed up my whole script and I had to go in and change the name of my character in order to start over and get it be be correct.

for me, even when i completely got rid of the template the issue was still there so I made a completely new story and had to make the characters and outfits again from scratch and just copied and paste the script from the first version into the new version and that sorted everything, but of course it was time consuming.
