Editing a cover xx

So I drew this cover last week but I can’t seem to get her to look realistic and I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips or maybe edit it if you want. I have three different versions .

One with her “complete”:

One without her nose (I couldn’t get it to work):

And one without her face at all:

I still think it’s really good… I would suggest making the neck a bit wider and the upper body (shoulders etc) broader as the head looks a bit large in comparison
