Editing and Proofreading Shop

Hiya everyone!

I’m now offering editing and proofreading services for £5 per 3 chapters! If you want any more, we can work out a cheaper bundle price based on how many chapters you want me to edit/proofread.

The conversion rate for your country should be provided through the ko-fi link.

How it works:

  1. Send me a PM and we can discuss prices, timings, etc.
  2. Send me the commission through my ko-fi
  3. Send me a google doc containing the script.
  4. I’ll give the initial feedback through google doc comments.
  5. You edit the docs and send me a message when you’re done.
  6. I do a second edit free of cost.
  7. We can discuss any extra question you may have!

What You Get

  • Editing services from a editor and proofreader.
  • Proofreading services: spelling, punctuation and grammar.
  • Comments on how likeable your characters are.
  • Comments on the quality of the story.
  • Your questions about the story are all answered.

There is a 15-person waiting list on my commissions, so get in early!

You can also put some add-ons in there, each of which is an extra £1:

  • 2-day turnaround – I will give you the first edit in 2 days, putting you at the start of the waiting list.
  • Diversity Check – You can send me pictures of your cast members and we can discuss diversity options.
  • Blurb Check – I’ll help you tweak your blurb to make it as appealing and attractive as possible.

Why I’m Doing This

I love helping people on Episode and giving my readers homework help. At the moment, the costs of the website are getting a bit expensive, so I’m running some extra services to help the website take care of itself.

If you have any questions, please feel free to leave them below!

Out of curiosity, how does the ‘diversity check’ add-on work?

We schedule a chat at some point where we can look over your characters and answer any questions you may have in diversity. I point you in the right direction of resources that can help with specific minorities and let you know if there are any stereotypes you should watch out for. If you’re struggling with creating the cast in the first place, we can work on that together!
