Hey, so I was wondering what are some good editing apps for the characters? I already use picsart & pixlr, but what else?

Afterlight 2. Buy it and you won’t regret it.
If you’re using your phone Picsart is great
Medibang is really good. It takes a bit of time to get used to but after that it is great. 
Procreate is really good, It costs money but I’d say its worth the price
