Editing episode backgrounds

What do you guys use to edit your backgrounds? I was trying to use pics art, but for some reason it changes the size of the picture.

I don’t use Ibis Paint like a lot of other people do. I use PixIr on my computer. You can always resize the image after editing using this or this or this.

I use Photo Image Editor Pixelstyle. I think it’s a free app on the App store.
