I want the kitchen island from this background without the chairs and the thing on top of it. If at all plausible I’d really appreciate it if someone could do this for me!

That would be very hard because there would be just an empty space where the chairs and basket is. Then, when using it as an overlay, it would just look like the chairs and basket are there.
I know I tried to do it myself and ran into the same problem

You might want to find a different background. Not matter who does it, it will look the same.
I can try to do this for you, I’ll let you know how it goes!
