Editor Needed for Manor Background!

Please can someone edit this background for me, I need it to look a little run down i.e. Broken windows, the odd missing brick and torn down trees. Its basically got to look like a manor house from the Victorian era (or thereabouts) that over the course of 150 odd years has fallen into disrepair. Can you help?
