Use the “Hide Details” tab! Whenever you upload character details/pictures, please put it in a “Hide Details” tab. That way, we can prevent a bit of extra scrolling for the other people requesting!

Tag us! If you request, tag us! Please put the tag at the top of your request/post! Sometimes, we may be a bit inactive… When you tag us, we can see it in our notifications!

Be respectful! It takes us time to edit! I’m personally, pretty slow with custom poses but I’m okay with them! Some things will be made first, so if someone requests after you and their request is more urgent/easy, we might make their request first.

Be patient! As I said, I’m a slower editor! We both also have a life outside of Episode so that can also play a role as to why we might not be tending to your requests 24/7! I’m a full time student and I care about my grades so sometimes, I’m studying!

Take a look at the title and the waitlist! I will change them if Evi and my waitlists are full or if we’re busy!

We have a right to decline! It may be because you forgot the password, or maybe the request is just too difficult! I’m personally just starting out! Although, if you provide enough detail or references, we will most likely accept the request if our waitlists aren’t full!

No threadhopping! It’s a simple thing we ask of you! Threadhopping wastes time for both us as well as any other artists!

Always Credit! If I make you a pfp, tag me in your bio whenever it’s used! If it’s a forum pfp, tag me with my forum username! If you use it for Instagram or something, tag me with my IG. If it’s used elsewhere, credit with my IG. Sometimes, I put my watermark on the work. If/when I do, credit isn’t required but it’s still very appreciated!

Use the Password! Lastly, please use the password in your request! Preferably in the beginning or the very end! The password is: Sunnnzies. Make sure to blur it out! Below is the false password. Requesters that use it will have their request denied. Use the proper one to prove that you’ve read the rules!
