Email Not Working

Hi! So I have changed from an android to an iPhone and I know you can’t transfer data like that. However, i’m in a situation. I filed a ticket and got my passes back so I don’t know if this has anything to do with it, but now it won’t let me log into my email on either phones both saying I’m logged in on a different platform, but i’m not. What should I do?
