Yeah I did that way but among two punching characters, one is doing it continuously and the other one is only punching once and standing

Both of your commands with & need to be before your command with @. So:
&LUCAS is punch
&BILLY is punch
@ATHENA is punch

Oh man, it’s happening again. Second one is only giving one punch while the first one is punching continuously.
