Welcome to epi.urban’s official request thread! I’m sure you’ve seen episode art groups as such, so there’s not much to add. We are a team of various talented authors, artists (also editors) and reviewers! Each of us is here to help you!

How to request:
Simply fill out a form from the category you wish to get help with.
Art requests
Including covers, splashes, art scenes, pfp, etc. If you would prefer services from a specific artist, simply include it in the “advanced details” section of the form.

How we work
Everyday, every request form is checked for new requests. Each new request is added to our private board on the website monday.com, which allows us to keep up with our current requests. Each member claims a request when he/she can do it, and when a specific person is requested, they are notified and claim the request only if available. We communicate with each other and try to communicate with all our requesters, and we try to give you the best result possible. We make sure to let you know when your request has been claimed by adding you on the waitlist. Those not on the waitlist are not necessarily not accepted. If your request is not accepted, you can be sure we’ll let you know. Unaccepted requests do not make it on our task board, therefore making it impossible for any member to claim them.
A little more about estimated time, once a member claims your request, a deadline of a week’s time starts. When you see your name on the waitlist, it means you can have to wait up to a week before it’s done. Sorry, but we’re doing the best we can. 
How to credit us?
Each artist can ask you to credit them differently, some putting their watermark on the art they’ve made for you, others asking you to credit them in your story, description, etc. Just ask the artist who made your cover/splash/art scene/etc how they’d rather be credited.
Authors will likely ask you to credit them in your story, by the use of a userMessage or Narrator Bubble.
Reviewers don’t need credit of course.

Regarding estimated time:
Please take in account the different time zones, school/work, and time it takes to complete other requests beforehand. Beyond that, we go as fast as we can, but we still have to make it beautiful to not disappoint you!
We reserve the right to refuse any request if:
- Too complicated
- Does not respect episode content guidelines
- Does not include enough details to be completed
- Information is too vague, unclear and not rediscussed with the artist assigned for clarification
- Requester is too disrespectful/impatient/hateful
- Requested too often/too demanding
