● I understand that we all love drama, but please no drama in the writing group. If you want to express your opinion about any member of the group, sort things out in another place;
● There’s no boss/head of the group, I am not the person to tell everyone what to do, I will just coordinate the work, not give orders. I work just like everyone else in the group. And I hope it will be the same with all the members;
● We warn each other if we’re busy and can’t work at the moment or if there will be a delay in the process;
● I have nothing against team friendship, but let’s divide our work chat and talk chat, and not merge them;
