Episode app being problematic. uninstalled and re installed, opens for a new user but does not open when trying to recover my past account

My episode app is not going past the loading page. i uninstalled it and it opened as a new user but when i went to login or restore using my google account it does not go past the loading screen.
please help

The best thing to do at this point would be to submit a ticket to our support team who can walk you through this. Hope this helps!
