Is anybody else having this problem? Every time I try to read a story this pops up. I already reset my phone, logged out of my account and deleted and re installed the app, but nothing seems to work.

I would suggest sending a ticket in, that’s odd though.
This would happen to me a lot but after existing out of the app and back in, it would be gone.

Yes I think I am. I’ve exited out of the app so many times thinking it would be gone, but it keeps popping up
I have been a subscriber for a year, then it went away, then it came back with raised price for one month, then would not re-new. I canceled and tried to resubscribe through the VIP link in the game but it didn’t work.
I submitted a support ticket to episode and this was the response:
"The current series of VIP automatic-recurring subscriptions have been discontinued in the Episode app. This is the reason why they are currently unavailable for purchase. New special offers should be available within the next few weeks. We apologize for any confusion this may cause. "
