Episode App not opening glitch!

Here’s a picture of what is happening every time I try to open my episode app.

I use an android phone and my app, as well as my phone, is up to date. I tried to uninstall it and install it again but nothing works.
I clicked the upgrade button but nothing happened.
please somebody help me to solve this. :pray: :pray: :pray:
