I made a join episode account for writing with my best friend and I logged into it on my phone to create our character then I logged back into mine, a day later all of my favorite stories were gone and it’s like it just wasn’t my account but my profile was signed in and I can’t read any stories or anything. I contacted support and they told me to uninstall the app which I did and when they finally got back to me they said I didn’t uninstall the app which was a lie because I did and I didn’t reinstall it so I sent them proof that I did not have the app installed and they have yet to get back to be so does anyone know how to fix this problem or has anyone had it. Also I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone, clearing app data, uninstall then reset my phone then reinstall. So if episode won’t fix my app I will either stop using episode all together or factory reset my phone and I don’t want to do either so @ episode team, please help me fix this glitch
