I’ve been having this problem for 4 days now. Whenever I try to open the app it gets stuck on the loading page. I already sent in a ticket. I tried deleting then installing the app, I have 8 gb available storage, I’m not sure if my wifi is the problem because I tried using other apps that require wifi and it still works. But maybe my wifi is the problem because I tried it on other devices and it still doesn’t work. I also tried using data and it still won’t work. I use episode at least 5 hours a day and its really sad that I can’t play the app anymore.

I’ve been using this app for a year and at some point I can’t open it is it because of the wifi or the app problem plss fix it asap

Same I’ve tried everything but it hasnt worked since the update and it still gets stuck on the loading page I’ve contacted the developers about it and deleted it for a while maybe a few weeks and downloaded it back and it still wont load.

the same exact thing is also happening to me 
it’s so sad and they already sent me tips but it’s still not working. idk what to do anymore, i’m guessing we’re experiencing this bcs of the recent update a week ago?

i guess so:( i really hope they fix this big because everything i do rn has something to do with episode😔 like i fr was writing but now i can’t continue because i use episode to take screenshots and make my overlays:(
