Episode App will not load



When I try to open the app, it says I need to upgrade. I click the upgrade button, but it stays on the loading screen for hours! Please don’t ask me to fill out a support ticket because I can’t get into the app to find out what my Support ID is. I’ve already reinstalled the app many times.

Try restarting your phone but if that does not work.

if that does not work delete and re add the app!


I’ve already tried both and neither works. Thank you for trying to help, though.


I’d recommend submitting a help ticket to the support team, they’d be happy to help you with this issue. :smiley:


either submit a ticket like @Sydney_H mentioned , or upgrade the app.
