Episode App will not load

Hello,

When I try to open the app, it says I need to upgrade. I click the upgrade button, but it stays on the loading screen for hours! Please don’t ask me to fill out a support ticket because I can’t get into the app to find out what my Support ID is. I’ve already reinstalled the app many times.

I’d recommend submitting a help ticket to the support team, they’d be happy to help you with this issue. :smiley:

either submit a ticket like @Sydney_H mentioned , or upgrade the app.

i wonder if this was solved already…
