Hey does anyone know how you can make a different speech bubble like the Narrators but with the name of the Chearectars just to be clear I am NOT talking about speech Bubbles or thinking bubbles I am talking about the RECTANGULAR shape that you see writers use in episode stories

The above is what you are looking for. It will appear rectangular shape with the characters name above instead of a nameless characters name.
