Episode Clothing Design Flaw

Hello!
So, what I’m reporting is not a technical glitch, but a design flaw that really bothers me and I don’t think I’m the only one.
I just noticed something and I think it should be fixed.
This skirt should look like this:
But instead, it looks like this:

In the review picture it is clearly high-waisted, and when you put it on the character…myeah…
Compare it to these:

These two skirts are perfectly fit on the body and look amazing, while the first one is just…meh.
And this is not the only case, many other skirts look a bit sloppy/loose like that:
, (and the other versions of Braided skirt)
Another thing I noticed is that the Patterned Highwaisted Tight Skirt Cotton Magenta Blue item has 2 versions: one high-waisted and one low. Can we at least get that?

I was so frustrated because it looks so nice in the picture but not when it is on a character. It looks like it should be highwaisted but it is not. It looks as if it would slip off and as I have mentioned before it looks like Tori Vegas jeans gone wrong. I love highwaisted skirts. It looks good from the back but I hate the front.
