Every time i enter episode this shows up, i’ve redownloaded many times and restarted my phone but nothing seems to work

my episode won’t even load it takes like 5minutes to load since i restored my game i wish i would’ve never done it and i can’t find anything on it in the forums so i had to put in a ticket they need to fix their game smh…

Same here, i restored my game using this account which had about a million Diamonds and Passes, but now i cant even enter the game. Idc about the passes and Diamonds anymore, i just want to use my old account again
