Looks great, a tip would be doing more flow in the hair and adding little lines of a slightly darker color in the hair, not a lot but just to create some flow. I’m not sure if you did use this but it kinda looks like it, but I was going to say try to draw the hair vs using the hair tools because it becomes a bit blocky and then another tip would just be blending the necklace and top in the skin a little since they look a bit like a overlay due to the color boldness.
Both are just suggestions. It still looks really good

Looks great! You could try shading the eyes though and see how it goes. N maybe a darker color to the hair!
