please help! for the past half an hour i have been trying to log in and get to my writers portal to continue on a story i have been working on but it won’t let me log in. i access my account via my apple id and every time i enter my details correctly and log in (i have tried on different browsers) it refreshes and goes back to the episode interactive website asking me if i want to download the app or create a story.

i just want to be able to log in and write my story please help 
this is very frustrating
