No i think u misinterpreted the last message they said was “if ur story is a more matured content then save your work might find a new home” that means they might reconsider the guidelines or create a new app

I don’t think so from what i think if they are making a new app it will still be under the same portal right cause they wouldn’t create a different writer’s portal for the new app maybe they will create a way to publish on either apps (if there’re going to be a new one)
