Does anyone know how to fix this?
My stories won’t show up! I can’t preview them on the app but I can on the portal. I sent a ticket over 16 hours ago and still no response.

honestly I would try deleting it and redownloading, your data should still be there
I did multiple times. I also restarted my phone.

after idk sorry but support tickets usually take around a day or two for me so maybe they haven’t seen it yet

I figured it out. If you go to the portal and use the link, you can preview your story.

Did you send any feedback to Episode?
This seems to be from the update. I’ve seen it elsewhere.
Apparently you have to have 3 chapters of your story (they do not need to be published, all three do not require to have lines in them) and it should appear. I’m sorry that this is happening, I really wish I could help.
